CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas –The Opera Workshop at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi will present Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Tony Award-winning, classic musical fairytale, “Cinderella,” on Thursday, April 2, and Friday, April 3, at 7:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center.
During this family-friendly evening of music and fantasy, attendees are invited to take pictures on the royal red carpet and join in the pre-show children’s activities, which will include games, crafts, and a few magical visitors.

Fans of all ages may be transported back to their childhood as they rediscover some of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s most beloved songs, including “In My Own Little Corner,” “Impossible,” and “Ten Minutes Ago” in this hilarious and romantic experience.
Following the show, there will be a question-and-answer session with faculty and students who will address any questions about life in Texas A&M-Corpus Christi’s School of Art, Media, and Communication and the Department of Music.
Tickets will be available at the door and are $10 for adults; and $5 for students. For more information, contact Cassi McNabb at Cassi.McNabb@tamucc.edu; or call 361.825.2553.
