Supervisor approval is required and wellness activities must take place on campus.
The main objectives of the voluntary program are to provide a supportive environment that encourages employees to adopt healthy behaviors and positive lifestyle changes, improve job performance, increase work satisfaction and reduce health care and insurance costs.
