What is DegreeWorks?

DegreeWorks is an easy-to-use online set of academic planning tools that help students and advisors see what courses and requirements students need to graduate. This Degree Audit System Provides a clear picture of degree requirements, interactive “what-if?” scenarios and Student Educational Planner (“Plans” tab).

The What If function allows you to hypothetically change your major, minor, or concentration. The What If audit will show you what coursework is required for the new major, minor, or concentration, what courses you have taken that satisfy requirements, and what courses are still left for you to take. Students will need to speak to their Academic Advisor when considering changing any major, minor, or concentration.

Students will contact their Academic Advisor for any DegreeWorks questions.
If you are having login issues due to your browser or Two-Factor Authentication (Duo) you may contact Information Technology by emailing ITHelp@tamucc.edu or calling 361-825-2692.
Advisors may contact degreeplanner@tamucc.edu for any DegreeWorks/scribe questions.
