Mr. Jordan Metteauer
Biography
Jordan Metteauer has 15 years of progressive retail experience with H-E-B, where he has held various leadership roles focused on store operations and team development. Currently, Jordan serves as Director of Retail Operations for the South area of H-E-B’s Gulf Coast region, overseeing store operations and supporting more than 4,200 partners. His leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, operational excellence, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Jordan is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at Oklahoma State University, with research interests in leadership, organizational behavior, and strategic management. As an Executive in Residence at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi’s College of Business, he enjoys connecting with students and sharing practical insights to complement their academic studies.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife, Tara, of 17 years, and their three children, Liviya, Luke, and Lenora.
