TAMU-CC CODE BLUE: Fire Update
The university is closely monitoring reports of fires in San Patricio and Nueces counties, as well as related evacuation and shelter-in-place alerts. Critically low humidity and strong winds increase the risk of rapid fire spread. Islanders are urged to stay alert and follow official safety guidance. Islanders affected by the fires are encouraged to contact their professors or supervisors for any necessary accommodations.
