Funds awarded through an outside donor or organization should be mailed to the Office of Student Financial Assistance along with the completed Outside Scholarship Donor Form.

Enrollment Verification

Your donor may require proof of enrollment before mailing TAMU-CC your scholarship check. Typically, you can provide your donor with one of the following:
- A copy of your class schedule
- A copy of your registration bill

However, if your donor requires an official enrollment verification document, you will need to contact the University Registrar's Office

Mail Your Scholarship Funds by Check

Make the check payable to Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi
Mail the scholarship check with your organization’s cover letter (including student’s name, ID number, and disbursement instructions) or the Outside Scholarship Donor Form to:

*Please Note: According to Financial Aid policy, if we receive the check without disbursement instructions (either via cover letter or the Outside Scholarship Donor Form) the payment will be split evenly across the academic year.
