W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI)

WAI provides a list of training courses, including their own Digital Accessibility Foundations - Introduction to Web Accessibility. See WAI's disclaimer regarding courses they have not built.

Training is "100% free" for everyone. Their initial course is suitable for everyone. Future training will note appropriate audiences.
