Financial Information
The securities held by the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Foundation are pooled for investment purposes and managed under the guidance of our investment advisor, Angeles Investment Advisors. The custodian and agent for the Foundation’s securities is Charles Schwab, Inc. Under the guidance of Angeles, money managers and investment funds are selected and monitored by the firm on an ongoing basis within the parameters established by the Investment Committee, a sub-committee of the Board of Trustees, as put forth in the Foundation’s Investment Policy Statement.
The Foundation accepts cash, stocks and other securities, real estate, charitable bequests, charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, remainder annuity trusts, lead trusts, insurance policies and other planned gifts. This Foundation is classified as a “public charity” for federal tax purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
