An article about the possibility of higher tuition, workforce reductions, and an end to certain programs at local Coastal Bend colleges if a Legislative Budget Board (LBB) proposal to cut higher education funds is approved. CCSU stated that if the proposal was approved it would lead to a 23% reduction in funds, leading to salary cuts as they are the biggest part of their budget.
