Two figures crouch above a small creek running underneath a stone pathway. One figure has on a hooded coat, the second is extending a hand toward the water's surface. The pathway extends from left to right. The right end of the path turns into stone steps leading up an embankment. The right side of the embankment is covered in vegetation and trees are visible further in the frame. The bank on the left side of the creek is bordered with stone and has clusters of grasses and exposed soil. The sunlight creates misty rainbows that cross the image diagonally in the top left of the frame.
