Return on Investment Rank Puts A&M-CC at Top in Texas

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi ranked in the top 20 on a new report by which compares the return on investment (ROI) for students attending Texas universities.

Out of 68 Texas universities, the report ranked the Island University at number 13 for annual ROI and number 25 for 20-year net ROI. The 20-year ranking calculates the difference in median pay for a university graduate compared to a high school graduate minus the cost of attending the university for four years. A Texas A&M-Corpus Christi graduate can expect to make an annual return of 8.9% on their tuition costs, adding up to a total $344,000 net return over 20 years.

A&M-Corpus Christi has been recognized as a solid return on investment multiple times within the past several years. The Island University ranked on Forbes’ list for highest ROI in Texas schools in 2015 and on Affordable Colleges Online in 2013.’s goal is to facilitate  the college selection process for prospective students by using salary data to analyze which universities produce the highest paid alumni.
