Down 6 dress sizes without trying!?! Here's my secret! A lot of you have been asking about my weight loss, so I've made a short video sharing what I did to lose weight and keep it off. I went from a size 12 to a size 2 and have stayed at a size 2 for over a year now. My approach made the weight loss really easy so I'm happy to share in case it can help anyone else who is interested. I do include disclaimers of anything that could have impacted both my weight gain and loss in this video so that you can compare that to your own situation- which I think is the only fair way to go about discussing the topic. Although I don't typically talk about myself at all on this channel, I understand the questions and comments about my weight and I did have an easy time getting back in shape so I hope this trick helps anyone who wants to try it.
