If you chew or swallow the tab you reduce the bioavailability of the CBD which will reduce the potency. The Cacao Tabs are a variant of the CBD Oil Gel Tabs and are taken in exactly the same way by leaving under the tongue to dissolve.The difference with the Cacao tabs are that the CBD Oil is blended with Cacao (which is the purest form of chocolate you can consume and is a great source of antioxidants) They melt under the tongue to deliver the exact dose of CBD to the system.
