For six months, WBTV's Molly Grantham investigated CBD Oils, a form of medicinal marijuana and its use in treating children with epilepsy. On July 3, 2014, North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory signed a bill legalizing CBD Oils as a treatment. He specifically cited WBTV's work and Molly's investigation in getting this bill passed. Families who had relocated to Colorado for treatment, where it is legal, can now return home.
