Hey Lovelies, today I have a different video for you ! Is all about ACV - Apple Cider Vinegar today ! Its a miracle worker for beauty, health and weightloss ! When you drink it , use 8 oz of Water and 2-3 tbs of ACV "with the mother" . It should be organic ! Here is a picture of a good one : To make it more tasty you can add also some brown sugar, or honey or true lemon . If you wanna rinse your hair you ad 3 tbs to some luke warm water and use it as a rinse to add tons of shine ! If you use it as a toner against acne or to lighten up dark spots, scars or aging spots, you just poor a small amount on a cotton pad and use as a regular toner !
