In 2011 Cannabis Genetics was mapped. The findings show the bio-synthetic pathways of the Cannabis Genome, and the Hemp Genome. Bio-synthetic Pathways: "The chemical processes occurring within a living cell or organism that are necessary for the maintenance of life" (The Free Dictionary) The bio-synthetic pathway of Cannabis ends with THCA & CBDA, OR - CBDA. The bio-synthetic pathway of Hemp ends with ONLY - CBDA. There is NO THC in Cannabis, only the acidic precursor - THCA (and/or CBDA). There is NO THC in Hemp, only the acidic precursor - CBDA. So Hemp is not a "low-THC" cousin, or "0.3%"... Hemp is genetically free of THC! (I'll explain further into Hemp Seed Oil, Hemp Oil, & Cannabis Oil - Next)
