Also known as Bremelanotide or Vyleesi, PT141 is commonly called “the sex peptide. PT 141 peptide therapy activates your dopamine hormones which enhance your sexual performance and stimulate sexual motivation. PT-141 works directly on your nervous system, bypassing the vascular system entirely. PT141 is administered via subcutaneous (under the skin) injections into the lower right abdominal quadrant. This is because fat deposits are the best places to inject this peptide therapy. You’ll receive the injection 45 minutes before sexual activity. Doses of PT141 can vary – while you will likely receive 1mg/0.1mL, you will receive 4mg/0.4mL if you have a history of ED and have not responded well to Sildenafil (Viagra) 100mg. Indeed, the results of one study showed that men with ED that did not respond well to Viagra did respond well to doses greater than 1mg.
