Vegetarian vs. meat-eater, which is better? The answer is this: it depends on your body type. There are people who do very well with vegetables, and there are others who do better with meats. I have a simple quiz on my website that will help you figure out which body type you have. You can also just read my book. One example is the adrenal body type. Adrenal body types often have diabetes. You may feel tired, stressed out, and strong salt cravings. You may also have a difficult time toning up your body. This has to do with cortisol. Those with an adrenal body time don’t do well on a vegetarian diet or a vegan diet. You’re going to feel even more tired and burnt out. Another example is a liver body type. If you have a damaged liver, you don’t want to load up on protein. Too much protein will plug up the liver even more. In this case, a plant-based diet is a better option. The problem with eating a vegetarian diet is that many people eat too many grains and carbs like pasta instead of fresh vegetables. This is not good for the body. The best way is to do a combination of meat and vegetables. The amount of each will depend on your body type. Keep in mind that you should always stay away from soy. So even if you decide to go vegetarian, avoid things like tofu and soy sauce. When it comes to vegan vs. meat-eater, I recommend you try out both and see how you feel.
