Step 1: Remove all the junk food from your house Step 2: Remove all the foods from the countertops Step 3: Go to the grocery store and buy eggs, proteins, salad, hummus, peanut butter, celery, kake, berries, nut butter, and cheese. Step 4: Plan out what you are going to eat. Eat fat at the meal to go longer between meals. AVOID SNACKS! Step 5: Push breakfast further and further forward until you can skip breakfast and only have 2 meals a day. At this point, you'll have momentum, no cravings, no hunger, and energy and it will be easy to continue. Add electrolytes and B-vitamins (nutritional yeast) to make it easier and prevent symptoms of keto adaption. Step 6: Avoid going to restaurants, avoid alcohol and you're good!
