Here it is, my weight loss to date! I will explain what I have been doing and how. Of course everyone is different and yes I am being very strict. I want to tell you though I have more energy than I have in many years and it is something I have been very afraid to try. I thought it was very strict and was afraid I would be hungry, but I am not. I am now about halfway through to my goal weight and am sure I found my life long cure to my yo-yo weight issues!
