It is called The Ultimate Set of The Dark Sun (because it sounds cool). - Take a weight you can lift for 20 repetitions. - Lift that till failure. - Now resist against the wieght like it was a heavy negative, till reaching eccentric failure. For example, bench press till failure, then fight against the bar trying to prevent that ti toucj your chest. - Once you can't resist anymore, like when the bar touch your chest, do a forced rep with the help of a spotter. - Rest 30 or 60 seconds then deload and repeat the same other three times. At the end this routine will look like a giant drop set with multiple intensity techniques. - Every time you can do 20 reps with a certein weight, in the next workout raise that wiegh of 0.5 or 1 kilos 20 + 20 + 20 + 20, every drop set to failure with an heavy negative and a forced rep. PAY ATTENTION! You can't do this for Squats and Deadlifts, it's way too dangerous just do a normal drop set of 20+20+20+20. With this routine you just need one exercise and one set per workout, and you have to repeat the same workout once every two week. My favourite split is this: - Day 1: Pronated grip Chin Up - Day 2: Bench Press - Day 3: Squat - Day 4: Rest - Day 5: Supinated Grip Pull Up - Day6: Rest - Day 7: Rest - Day 8: Dip - Day 9: Deadlift - Day 10: Rest - Day 11: Neutral Grip Chin Up - Day 12: Overhead Press - Day 13: Rest - Day 14: Rest And you?
