So first off I have lost 8.5lbs of body fat which is an average of just under 1lb per day. Now I said body fat because a lot of diet programs cause you to lose water weight by dehydrating you. And other diets cause you to lose muscle mass and not body fat. I have lost this weight by changing only two things in my life. I am taking Keto//OS once or twice a day and I am eating low sugar, low carb healthy food like Steak, Eggs, Bacon, Asparagus, Pulled Pork, Pot Roast, Avocados, Salad, Green beans, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Crab Legs, Shrimp, Salmon, Kielbasa, Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Swiss cheese, Breakfast Sausage, etc, etc. So here are a few of the things I like so far about Keto//OS • Keto//OS tastes good • Killed the cravings • Killed the hunger pains • Eating delicious food • Weight loss • Mental Clarity • Energy • Better sleep • Easy to use at home and on the road o Mixes really well, It is really refined like a baby powder so it dissolves well.
