I’ve lose lots of weight eating this salad. I ate this for lunch and dinner along with some baked chicken, fish or pork chop (not much red meat) and a fruit. For Breakfast I ate some oatmeal sprinkled with a sweetener and a little real butter & a fruit (strawberries, oranges, apples or grapefruit) Or I ate a couple pieces of bacon and 2 eggs. For snack I ate a Fruit before Bedtime. (4 fruits total per day) & I Drank Plenty of Water All Day!
