Here's a little piece of news that will probably bring relief to millions of men. Although six inches has long been the accepted norm for the length of a manhood, the average penis size appears to be actually smaller. An analysis of 17 previously published studies involving over 15,000 men from around the world, found that the average length of an erect penis is just over 5 inches - and a little over 3.5 inches when flacid. The British researchers who compiled the data hoped the findings would help men who are overly concerned by not matching up to the norm and suffer from what's labeled as a “small penis anxiety”. They also said that the average size could be even more modest, because it's possible that the men who volunteered to be professionally measured for the studies, were, lets say, more Confident in their penis size than the general population.
