This 14-minute pelvic floor meditation is for people with sexual health challenges such as erectile dysfunction. It may also be helpful for premature ejaculation and low libido. This meditation will help you: relax your mind and body... improve blood flow throughout your entire body (with a focus on the pelvic area)... visualize strength and healing... and remember the importance of accepting yourself RIGHT NOW, even with sexual health challenges. The only way out is THROUGH, and by accepting and loving your body anyway, no matter what challenges you're experiencing at the moment, you'll be one step closer to healing. A special thanks to Dr. Jake Bartholomy, PT, DPT for his assistance in creating this meditation.
