Hello Guys, I’m sure you clicked this video because you have been toiling with the idea of consuming apple cider vinegar because you are either pregnant or nursing. Apple cider vinegar is derived from fermented apple juice and is known for its many health benefits consisting weight loss, lowering the risk of heart diseases, helps with digestion, improves immunity, clears skin, helps get rid of dandruff, cures seasonal allergies and many more. The big question is - can you consume apple cider vinegar while you’re pregnant or nursing? Well for me I did for both breastfeeding and pregnancy and this is how and why I needed it. I suffer from severe spring allergies and no medicine, eye drop or home remedy can cure it except for ACV. I accidentally discovered apple cider vinegar the year i was trying to lose weight and was consuming it religiously only to find out that i didn't get any allergies that spring. I was in awe to say the least and when i solved the equation i noticed that that apple cider vinegar did the trick. Fast forward to the following year when I was pregnant with my first child, I was concerned about taking ACV and had asked my OBGYN who advised me to add my typical dosage which was 1 tablespoon to hot water. I did exactly what he said and it worked as usual! Plus I had 2 healthy pregnancies with healthy babies afterwards The subsequent years, I was nursing so I had to do the same thing and ACV did not slow down or stop my milk production, I did not notice any changes with my kids and myself. Matter of fact, i am still nursing and i just got off it for my spring allergies last month. This might be an option for you if you have been skeptical all along. Before you drink up all your ACV, ensure your doctor is aware and wait till he/she gives you the green light. The answer to the popular question, can pregnant and nursing mothers consume Apple cider vinegar? The answer for me is YES! Let’s chat on IG @nillytips DON'T FORGET TO SUBSCRIBE!
