Men who are unhappy with their penis size often have more sexual health problems; not because of the size, but because of the psychological impacts. Worries and concerns about measuring up to the rest of the guys, especially with what’s seen in porn, boils down to thinking that you don’t have the ideal (or even average) body or penis size. But what is average and ideal? In this video, I cover: 0:00 The size of your penis - if you’re concerned, you’re not alone 0:19 Common concerns 0:51 Porn and body image 1:45 The average penis size 3:30 Enhancing your penis size (the truth) The ideal body and penis size is one that brings you pleasure and joy, the size of your penis does not affect arousal and orgasm for yourself or your partner… A bigger penis does not equal bigger orgasms or impact your manhood. And while men often think that women desire a longer or bigger penis, most women don’t. Ever read that the average penis size is 5” when erect and 3.5” when flaccid? This popular 1996 study done at the University of California in San Francisco has limits and this “average” penis size shouldn’t be taken as fact because: - Only 80 penises were included in the 1996 study (there are 3.97 billion men in the world today) - There is no standardized approach to measuring a penis and each study has a different research protocol, meaning each study could get vastly different results - The location of the study determined which penises showed up, and is not reflective of our world’s diversity If you’re looking for ways to make your penis bigger, “natural penis enhancements” like pills, penis exercises, injections, and other mechanical doohickeys just don’t work. Save your money (and say no to potential pain) and put it towards something that makes you actually feel good. Don’t let the internet “dick-tate” how you feel about your body image: experience pleasure knowing your penis size has absolutely nothing to do with how good orgasms feel.
