This is a common situation that can happen. You’re going to lose a lot of fat, and we want to keep the fat going through the liver and the gallbladder; without vegetables, it’s difficult to flush all of that out. The vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients found in vegetables are also vital to your health and wellbeing. First, start by thinking about vegetables that you do like—likely there’s at least a couple. At the very least, consume plenty of vegetables that you do like.
