THIS WAS FILMED A MONTH AGO WHEN WE HIT 10K!! thank you so much for sticking around hehe I know we surpassed 10k a while Ago but, I'm still thankful for each and every one of you :) sorry for basically eating the same thing guys, I promise next week there will be more sweat and more variety hehe ;) you'll see I love you guys :) favourite products pb2: My fav crunchy Kraft Peanut butter: yoga mat: my camera: popcorners: resistance bands: My workouts Lilly sabri: Lilly sbari workout guides: Family workout: Beach body, t 25 CARROT CAKE RECIPE: Pancake recipe: 1/2 - 1 banana 1/4 cup oats 1 tsp baking powder 1 scoop protein powder 2 tbsp of almond milk (more if needed) 1 egg 1 - 2 tbsp of PB2 1 tsp cinnamon Chocolate chips :) Pancake Instructions Heat pan on medium (Make sure the pan is hot before pouring batter) Spray with cooking oil or just put some oil on the pan Pour pancake batter on the pan Wait for it to bubble and the bottom to brown Flip ! Put on plate, top with A LOT of fruit, A LOT of peanut butter, and A LOT of maple syrup! Enjoy :) Bing recipe: Ingredients 3 cups flour ~ 1 3/4 water 1 - 2 tbsp oil 2 tsp salt Bing Instructions: Slowly mix water into flour while kneading Continue to knead until dough forms into ball shape Let dough sit for 30 mins COVERED After 30 mins the dough should be soft and easier to knead. Knead again. Put dough on a floured surface and roll out into a thin long rectangular shape. Evenly spread salt over dough Evenly spread oil over dough Lightly sprinkle some more flour over the oil Begin to roll the dough up and seal the edges (like a cinnamon roll) Cut rolled dough into smaller sections Take the smaller section of dough and roll it out flat Fold in from the 2 ends so it resembles a smaller rectangle Roll out again, fold in half, roll out again, repeat with other dough pieces On a oiled sprayed pan heated on medium heat, place bing, uncovered for 1 minute then flip Cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 1 minute, continue to repeat this step until browned and crispy on both sides, and the dough has risen Remove from the pan and cut up and eat and enjoy :) Garlic bread recipe: Salmon recipe: FAQ: How old are you? 19 What camera do I use?
