We’ve been told that keto is good for everyone all the time, but this is only partially true. Keto is good for most people, in winter, in colder climates with low light and UV exposure. Some people will actually gain weight on keto if their metabolism is not optimized. Dr. Janine explains that the second thing you’ve been told about weight loss that is a lie is that your light environment and devices (EMF exposure) don’t contribute to weight gain. Studies have shown that artificial light raises blood sugar levels and the risk of metabolic syndrome, and EMF exposure causes inflammation and in turn weight gain.
