almost a month has gone by and you i can tell i am getting healthier and i have so much more to accomplishe. I can't wait until i can get in to a size 38 in pants comfortably...better yet a 36 would even be better. I could probably shop at some pretty cool stores than for clothes, instead of the aisle for the short fat chubby guy section!!!
