First off, this video has gotten a lot of hate. Let me remind you, this video was made years ago, and that my insight of the keto diet has changed. I don't support everything i say in the video today, but i still keep it up as a reference to my "experience" but do acknowledge things like was i even really in ketosis? who knows. But its something i've never gone back to and have reached my goals through alternative methods. thanks.
