I wanted to see what would happen if I ate the same thing every day for 1 month; the same keto diet meal combined with intermittent fasting; or rather, the same daily keto meal with OMAD - One Meal A Day. Would I get sick of it? Would the weight loss and fat loss results be worth it? In this video, I share that experience! 🚨The Smart Scale I use every day. I welcome to you watch this short video: I believe the clean and healthy version of the ketogenic diet, combined with intermittent fasting, or even OMAD (one meal a day), is the most long-term sustainable way of eating for me, and in my opinion, the only diet option for anyone with insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, or type 2 diabetes (obviously consult with your doctor first). In this video though, a large part of the motivation to do this 1 month keto diet challenge was to investigate and validate (or invalidate) preconceived notions, like how we assume it's impossible to eat the same thing every day. Throughout our weight loss journey, when we seek answers, Diet and weight loss motivation is often blind lip-service with inspirational music as a backdrop, but I much prefer actionable steps to succeed. Even if my particular suggestions that have worked for me don't jive with you, I'm confident the underlying reasons are ubiquitous, and my hope is that by clearly understanding the root causes (as opposed to just the symptoms), you'll be primed to figure out your continuity plan that works for you!
