My method for making your guitar strings last a lot longer. Mine last 5 to 10 times longer. I call this secret because I've never heard of anyone talking about it. I double checked and found that this method is widely used by professinals and amateurs alike. Some swear by it and some swear at it. WD-40 is not hygroscopic. WD stand for water displacement not WA water absorbing. Never spray the stuff on the guitar. Only clean the strings as I've pointed out using just a tiny amount on a papertowel. Use at your own risk and keep the product off the wood or finish as it may damage the finish as I point out in the video. I do not claim to be an expert. I'm just a guy learning to get better at songwriting and guitar playing and blogging about my success and failures. It's a Journey. Don't stop believeing. (See what I did there)
