In this video we will cover everything you need to know about Tadalafil, also known as Cialis, Adcirca and Talmanco. Generic name: Tadalafil. Brand names: Cialis, Adcirca and Talmanco. Available as a tablet. How to use it? - Tablet: swallow the tablet whole with half a glass of water. You can take Cialis with or without food. Don’t break or split the tablet, as this can decrease its effectivity. When to use it? Cialis is part of a group of drugs called PDE5. Therefore Cialis can be used to treat: - ED in adult men. - Prostate gland enlargement in adult men. - And pulmonary arterial hypertension. What is the correct dosage? The precise dose will depend on your specific indication of use, the side effect you might experience and the severity of your symptoms. Therefore always use the precise amount and frequency your doctor prescribed you. - However, when treating ED your doctor might prescribe a dose of 10 mg, to be taken at least 30 minutes before you need it to be active. If this works insufficiently the dose could be increased up to 20mg. - When treating an enlarged prostate, your doctor might prescribe a dose of 5mg 1x/day.
