Natalie and Mila on their weight loss and injuries for Black Swan... I'm Karli and this is your PopSugar Rush! Natalie: "My feet were disgusting." Mila: "I lost 20 pounds. I hyper extended my shoulder." Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis tell us that getting banged up and dropping quite a few pounds were all part of the prep work for filming Black Swan, the ballet-based movie they premiered in LA Thursday night. Lindsay: "The actresses play rival ballerinas in the movie and Natalie said the film gave her the chance to put her childhood dance lessons to use." "She was so good at it, more so than some ballerinas." Natalie's boyfriend, who also served as choreographer said Ms. Portman' skills shined, but not all the stars had such a solid dance background. Winona Ryder: "I am one of those people, I saw the Nutcracker when I was little, took one ballet class when I was little and ran screaming!" Winona Ryder doesn't dance in the film, but she, Natalie, and Mila definitely took center stage on the red carpet, which also drew Heidi Klum, Dita Von Teese, and Juliette Lewis out for the night. Natalie: "The training was really rigorous, we started a year ahead of time and it was very extreme." Premiere night served as a celebration for the girls who worked so hard to get it right on screen, no matter the pain. Mila told us that her recipe for recovery after filming stopped was pretty simple. "I ate all day long every day, and did not work out for like four months."
