My Training Program - Facebook Page - Sprinting is the most effective form of cardio for athletes concerned about power, strength, and explosiveness. If you are a powerlifter, weightlifter, bodybuilder, or any strength athlete, sprints should be implemented in your program! Jogging has its place but is not nearly as conduscive to muscle building as sprints are.
