  • 1:00-2:00pm: Art for kids and parents. Mayra Zamora will lead kids in grades K-5 in a different art activity each session, exploring a variety of media and crafts. Meanwhile, the kids' parents/guardians can attend their own session that begins with 15 minutes of a self care topic, then Monica Maria Garcia will lead them through a step-by-step guided painting on canvas.

  • 1:00-3:30pm: Ceramics for teens. (*Ceramics begin in October.) Dr. Leonel Monsivais will lead students in grades 6-12 in ceramics projects. During this series, students will learn the art of using the potter's wheel and hand-building with ceramic clay. (This schedule will allow for teens to attend both ceramics and the 3pm art class.)

  • 3:00-5:00pm: Art for teens. Mayra Zamora & Monica Marie Garcia will lead students in grades 6-12 in an art activity exploring different media and encouraging them to push limits of their creativity.
