During this week-long camp, students will interact with different types of electrical and mechanical modules that will connect to build unique projects related to Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics.

Geospatial Engineering and Land Surveying Camp 

This camp is designed to introduce geospatial engineering and land surveying to a new generation of students. Campers will utilize surveying equipment such as total stations, levels, LiDAR, drones, and GPS to map Ward Island. Campers will engage in friendly competition for the chance to win prizes, create ArcGIS Story Maps, and participate in geocaching activities. Additionally, campers will have the unique opportunity to learn from guest speakers who are actively working in the fields of geospatial engineering and land surveying.

Dates: June 23 - 27, 2025

Times: 8 am – 4:30 pm

Grade level: Rising 6th - 8th graders

Adventures in 3D Printing Camp 
 
Dates: July 7-July 11

Times: 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Grade Level: 8th-12th grade (Fall 2025)

Cost: $150 (includes all materials, activities and daily lunch)

Camp description:  Adventures in 3D Printing gives students the opportunity to learn about the engineering field by engaging in hands-on experiences. Participants will follow ethics and the engineering design process to design a product using Autodesk inventor software, bring it to life using 3D printer technology, and test in the engineering workshop. Registration includes all materials, activities, and lunch.
