Financial Responsibility Agreement (FRA)

The Financial Responsibility Agreement will appear when you login to register for classes. It is required that you agree to its conditions before proceeding with class registration or any related registration actions. This agreement notifies you of the payment options that are available. Also, if you have not chosen a payment option by the payment deadline, but you have sufficient financial aid or payments that are enough to cover the first payment of an installment plan; the University is authorized to enroll you in an installment payment plan. This will prevent you from being dropped from your classes. You will have the opportunity before classes begin to either remain on the installment plan or pay in full. Steps for reviewing and signing the FRA

1. Go to S.A.I.L. to log in to S.A.I.L.
2. Click on ‘Student’
3. Click on ‘Student Account’
4. Click on ‘View Financial Responsibility Stmt’
5. Review the Agreement and then click on ‘I Agree’

Tip: If you click on ‘I Do Not Agree’ a registration hold (No Fin Resp Agreement on File) will be placed on your account. To remove the hold, review the FRA again and then clicking ‘I Agree’ the hold will be released immediately.
