Miramar & Momentum Village has proven to be one of the most popular student housing communities for TAMU-CC Islanders.

Unit Capacity: Academic Year 2024 - 2025

Starting on Wednesday, May 1, Islander Housing began processing room assignments for those on the 2024-2025 Academic Year First-Year waitlist. 

First-year students (Freshmen) join the waitlist by filling out your 2024-2025 Academic Year Application. 

To view your position on the waitlist log back into the housing portal and select your 2024-2025 Application.

June 11th Update

Islander Housing is continuing to place waitlisted students into on-campus housing units based on availability and will continue to do so throughout the summer.

To best serve our waitlisted students, Islander Housing is implementing a special exemption opportunity for the Residency Requirement for First-Year students for Academic Year 2024-2025. For details on this exemption, visit the Residency Requirement page. 

Due to high demand and limited availability, there are currently no units available for sophomore, junior, senior, and graduate students for the academic year 2024-2025 at both Miramar and Momentum Village. 

Summer 2024

The Summer 2024 applicaiton is now closed as of Monday, April 15 at 5 p.m.
