Personal information

The term "personal information" means information that specifically identifies a person (such as a name, address, telephone number, or email address) and information about that person or their activities that is directly linked to personal information.

We collect personal information that you provide voluntarily, such as when you contact us via mail, phone, or email, or if you participate in surveys, comments, contests, or other activities on the website.

We use the information to respond to your inquiries, improve our websites, and track the effectiveness of our online services. We may keep your information for as long as the service is active or as a record of the service provided.

Aggregate information

When you use the Sites, we also automatically collect certain technical details, or "aggregate" information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your operating system, the browser type, the address of a referring website, and your activity on our Sites.

If you visit from a mobile device, we may additionally gather information about your device and its location.

This data helps us understand user behavior and improve the experience for you on the Sites. Aggregate information becomes personal information only if we combine it with or link it to any of the personal information above.

If you prefer, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
