Three Minute Thesis (3MT^®) is a competition celebrating the research of graduate students while promoting and improving skills in students’ presentation, academic, and research communication. Developed by The University of Queensland, the competition encourages the students’ capacity to effectively explain their research in language appropriate to a non-specialist audience. 

Perfecting Your Presentation: SSIRCA Readiness Workshop, hosted by the Office of Student Research and Innovation (OSRI)

Prepare for the Symposium for Student Innovation, Research, and Creative Activities (SSIRCA) by practicing your poster or oral presentation in a supportive setting. Receive constructive feedback on your content, design, and delivery while refining your communication skills. This workshop offers a valuable opportunity to perfect your presentation, boost your confidence, and ensure you're ready to showcase your research effectively at SSIRCA.

The 2025 Symposium for Student Innovation, Research, and Creative Activities (SSIRCA) is sponsored by the Division of Research and Innovation, in collaboration with the College of Education and Human Development, the College of Engineering and Computer Science, the College of Liberal Arts, the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, the College of Science, the School of Arts, Media and Communication, and the Mary and Jeff Bell Library.
