Guests who choose to attend an in-person event can only reserve a seat after a student has received their reservation confirmation message in their Islander email. A credit card payment of $50 per guest (age 3+) is required to secure the guest reservation.
How much does it cost for a guest to register for Islander Launch? The non-refundable fee of $50 per guest (age 3+) must be paid with a credit card at the time of reservation.
What does the orientation fee cover? The guest fee covers all costs of offering an orientation program, including meals, parking, materials, and event staffing.
Is it possible for me to attend part of the programming and not make a guest reservation? No, a paid reservation is required to attend any session in the orientation programming.
What time should I plan to be on campus? Plan for a full day of activities (8a - 5p).
Will I be able to attend all sessions with my student? No, there will be parts of the day when students and guests have separate programming (including when students meet with Academic Advisors to register for classes).

Who can help my student with their Island ID/password issue? Your student must contact IT for assistance with login credentials via email, online chat, or phone.
