Submit a Work Request

 Submitting a service request is easy.

Via Phone

Via Web (Maintenance Connection)

  1. Go to Maintenance Connection site.
  2. Enter your Member ID and Password and click OK button.
  3. Select "Service Requester" button.
  4. Complete the Corrective Maintenance form. Please provide as much detail as possible in the “Short Description” field. Leave the account number field blank.
  5. Click “Submit” once you have completed the form.
  6. A confirmation email will be sent with your Work Order number.
  7. You can monitor the progress of your Work Order by using the “Service Request Status” feature of the Maintenance Connection site.
  8. If an item is billable you should receive an estimate of cost PRIOR to any work starting. If you approve estimated cost, you will be asked to provide account number to be billed.
  9. When the Work Order is complete, you will receive an email notification and an invitation to complete a customer satisfaction survey.
