Training Resources
Qualtrics XM Basecamp (On-Demand Training):
In addition to a detailed support page, Qualtrics also has an on-demand training platform called “XM Basecamp”. Anyone with a Qualtrics account can work through a series of videos covering a topic to acquire the skill in Qualtrics.
To access the on-demand training, go to XM Basecamp, click Log In in the upper right-hand corner. Select Qualtrics Credentials, and then when the page refreshes click Sign in with SSO. Enter "tamucc" in the Organization ID text box in all lower case. You can also use the “?” icon in the upper right corner of any Qualtrics survey platform page to go to Take courses on XM Basecamp.
Please be aware that you must have logged into TAMU-CC’s Qualtrics at least once to access XM Basecamp.
