Complaints
TAMU-CC is committed to investigating and resolving complaints as efficiently and effectively as possible. We believe providing a mechanism for complaints to be heard gives us the opportunity to improve our service.
- Complaints can be filed using the Texas A&M University System online EthicsPoint reporting system. Complaints can also be made by phone at 888.501.3850 directly to Ethics Point. This includes complaints related to Civil Rights/Title IX, to report fraud, waste, abuse, or other ethics violations
- Civil Rights/Title IX complaint can also be emailed to employee.relations@tamucc.edu or visit Corpus Christi Hall room 130.
- If you are a TAMU-CC mandatory reporter, you must report using the mandatory form report online.
To report immediate threats to life or property or if you require emergency assistance, please call 361.825.4444. Additional information about UPD services is available on the UPD website.
The university has established rules and procedures for reporting and resolving faculty and non-faculty grievances, student grievances and grade appeals, sexual harassment and research misconduct. Additional methods for addressing complaints are also available.
