Course Evaluations FAQ for Students

While evaluations are not mandatory, participation is strongly encouraged as they are critical for improving the educational experience.

No, all survey responses are kept confidential, and faculty will only have access to aggregated reports once final grades are submitted.

Instructors only receive an aggregated report 30 days after the course ends. Instructors never receive individual student answers to any question.

Only course evaluations that had 3 or more response rates will be given an aggregated report for that course.

30 days after the semester ends, an aggregated report is emailed to the instructor for each course that met the minimum response rate threshold.

No, once course evaluations close, you are not able to complete them.

In the event you do not complete your course evaluations, you will receive an email reminder 3, 6, 9, 12 and 13 days after evaluations open.
