DNA Extraction & Isolation (low or high biomass)
Isolate DNA using any protocol, including forensic, environmental & ancient DNA.
Amplicon Sequencing & DNA Barcoding
Sequence1 one PCR amplicon per well.
High Throughput Fragment Length Analysis (Microsatellites)
Measure the length of PCR amplicons with the ABI 3730XL.
Real Time Quantitative PCR (TaqMan, Sybr Green, etc)
rt-qPCR with the ABI StepOnePlus has diverse applications. Primer & probe design available.
Amplicon Metabarcoding (eDNA, microbial 16S, gut contents, etc)
Sequence2 PCR amplicons of one or several loci. Bioinformatics available.
Metagenomic Sequencing
Sequence2,3 and assemble genomic DNA in mixed samples. Hi-C and capture available.
High Throughput Population Genomic Resequencing (SNPs)
Sequence2,3 partial (RAD, capture, UCE, etc) or complete genomes. Bioinformatics available.
RNA Expression & Transcriptome Sequencing
Sequence2,3 cDNA according to the customer’s specifications. Bioinformatics available.
De Novo Whole Genome Sequencing
Sequence2,3 a chromosome scale genome. Assembly, annotation, & bioinformatics available.
Bioinformatic & Data Analysis Services
Bioinformatics and data analysis services are available upon request. We support transparent science by employing open-source software and providing a GitHub repository containing all code and can be published with a manuscript.
