Charging Books to Financial Aid
A student can use their excess financial aid to charge books at the Campus Store up to $750, provided that all financial aid required documentation and processes have been completed, and the student is enrolled. Excess financial aid is any aid (excluding B-on-Time, CAL and ALT loans) remaining after tuition, fees, housing, and any required meal plan (students residing in on-campus housing) have been paid. Once a student's financial aid has disbursed to their student account charging will no longer be available due to the refund process beginning shortly thereafter.
